In a proactive initiative, the Confederation of National Chambers of Commerce, Services and Tourism (Concanaco-Servytur) announces the opening of around 20,000 vacancies aimed at returnees from the United States.
The priority of these job opportunities will be for Mexicans, in an effort to provide them with support and stability in their reintegration into life in Mexico.
Commitment to Relocation and Economic Development
The president of Concanaco-Servytur, Octavio de la Torre, emphasized the importance of having the support of the authorities to facilitate the relocation of returnees to their communities of origin.
Emphasis is placed on avoiding the saturation of the country’s border zone, promoting an orderly process that encourages the integration of these individuals into the formal economy.
Dialogue with the Government to Establish Clear Guidelines
In a collaborative effort, employers are in constant communication with the Ministry of the Interior to define the vacancies available and the guidelines that will govern the incorporation of repatriates into the labor market.
The need for government support measures and incentives to facilitate this transition process is emphasized.
Promoting Labor Inclusion of Repatriates
De la Torre urges the Chambers of Commerce to join this initiative, identifying the number of vacancies available for migrants in their respective areas of influence.
The active participation of companies that are already committed to this cause is highlighted, recognizing the importance of incorporating new talent to strengthen their operations.
Concanaco-Servytur’s proposal not only seeks to offer meaningful employment opportunities, but also to promote the positive integration of repatriates into Mexican society.
